About Quality Health Clinic
Quality Health Clinic was founded by Chelsie Promes, CNP, FNP-BC, MSN, and her husband Jeremy to expand access to quality healthcare in the region. The first clinic opened on February 12, 2018, in Springfield, South Dakota, located at 806 8th Street. Later that year, a second location opened in Yankton, South Dakota, at 2001 Broadway Avenue.
Today, the Yankton clinic serves the community as a walk-in clinic with family practice services, providing convenient, patient-centered care close to home.

Whole-Person Healthcare
At Quality Health Clinic, the focus is on treating the whole person—not just symptoms. In addition to family health services, the clinic offers personalized hormone optimization therapy for both women and men.
For women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, hormone replacement therapy can help relieve symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, low libido, and fatigue while supporting overall wellness.
For men with low testosterone, testosterone replacement therapy can help improve energy, strength, focus, and vitality.
Every treatment plan begins with comprehensive lab testing and evaluation, followed by customized, medically supervised care designed to support long-term health and well-being.
